 Why doesn’t my tracking number work?

If your tracking number is coming up invalid it is most likely because it was shipped recently. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to activate. 

  Do you offer products in sizes or options different than the options on your website?

Some products may be available in different sizes, other than the option on the website. Contact us for more info.

 I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation. What do I do?

The order will need to be processed before receiving a confirmation. If you haven’t received a confirmation in 24h, please contact us.

 When will I receive my order?

All our products are made to order. It will take a couple days for the product to be created and shipped to you. You can find more information on the Shipping & Returns page.

Do you ship internationally and will I have to pay for customs and VAT?

We do ship internationally. However we are not responsible for covering any international customs fees and taxes. 

The fee cost depends on the destination country and the package value and thus it will need to be covered by you.

Can I change or cancel my order, or update my shipping address?

We only accept order cancels within a couple hours of the purchase date. We do NOT cancel after more than 12 hours because your order is already being processed. However, if you contact us requesting an order cancel, we may make an exception if your order has not begun being processed, but we reserve the right to reject an order cancel if the order is currently being processed.

If you’ve added a wrong shipping address you can wait for the order to be returned to us, and then have it reshipped to the correct address.

What shipping carrier and shipping methods are you using?

What happens if I don’t receive my order or my tracking link is not valid?

Contact us, we will do everything possible to solve this situation and make sure you receive your order.

 What do I do if I’m not happy with the product?

We are confident in the quality of our products. In order to have it replaced you will need to provide proof (an image) of any manufacturing errors or mistakes and we will replace it.  However, we understand that ordering something from the internet might not always be what you’re expecting, so If you simply do no not like the product you can return it and get a refund in the first 3 days after it has been marked as delivered.

What do I do if I receive a damaged or broken product?

It will be replaced, however you need to provide proof and contact us within 14 days of submitting the order. Please consult the Returns section on the Shipping & Returns page.

What is the typical production time?

3-4 business days for all products with the exception of acrylic prints, which take 5 days.

Why are orders not consolidated?

We work with multiple vendors to give you the best pricing and quality, so your products may not be shipped from the same destination.

Which regions are included in “US Territories”?

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.
